The best thing
I like about this hotel is its location.
They don't have water bottle for travelers, we have to buy and they are so expensive.

When customers check in, they should come to help them to carry their luggages to the rooms or someone stand at the door to greet customers and open the door for them.

Downtown SF nice and reasonable on Priceline.

Room problem above not a big deal. Parking is $35.00 a night. Park right up against the side of the hotel in a private lot with attendant for $15.00 24 hr.period. I needed more time and for an extra $10.00 they let me stay in to the evening on the second day. It would have been an extra $35.00 at hotel. Typical city center problems in the area but still a good stay. ...read more

Good location, and a friendly staff.
Bathroom was dirty, TV picture was fuzzy and took 2 days to fix, not enough outlets in the room, outlets were loose.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel is in a good location, but the room was not excellent. It was clean except for the bathroom, which had some dirt left over from the previous guests. Also the TV picture was fuzzy and it took maintenance 2 days to fix it. ...read more

It was very clean and and the rooms were spacious.
When checking the front desk did not offer any information about near attractions no continental breakfast.

The hotel was very clean and it was in a very good location to all the near attractions.

The front desk attendant was very knowledgeable about the city.
The fact that parking is $35 and that the front desk attendant made me wait a while.

The hotel is nice, but nothing to write home about. Though the concierge was helpful and knowledgeable, he proceeded to have a long conversation with someone on the telephone that he answered during mid transaction with me. In my experience the guest right in front of you is a priority to the one on the telephone. ...read more

Interior lobby/business center was very sleek and clean looking.
Exterior was dingy.

Great location for a fun weekend. Exterior of hotel a bit dingy, but inside nice enough.

Very unsafe location; dangerous. Wouldn't go out at night.

While the interior was OK, the area was awful and some of the people staying in the hotel were unsavory - would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
